**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking mortgage agents/brokers/associates who want to make a significant impact on modernizing the mortgage industry. You should be a highly motivated individual, a self-starter with exceptional sales skills, a dynamic and outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

You will be working on:

- Developing a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
- Managing your queue of leads with a high level of diligence
- Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Mortgage License
- A successful track record in sales
- Bilingual/multilingual is considered a great asset
- Experience with Filogix is an asset
- Underwriting experience is an asset
- Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
