**Responsibilities**
- **Manage Internal Communications**:Prepare and oversee all internal communications materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across the organization.
- **Cross-Generational Communication**:Develop and implement strategies for communicating effectively with diverse demographic groups within the audience, tailoring messages to meet varied needs and preferences.
- **Ownership of Internal Communications**:Act as the central figure in strategizing and deploying internal communications, ensuring all messaging aligns with Bluum’s core values and strategic objectives.
- **Strategic Messaging Reinforcement**:Devise innovative methods to reinforce key messages across different channels and platforms, enhancing understanding and retention among target audiences.
- **Integration of Communication Efforts**:Seamlessly integrate internal communication efforts with external messaging to ensure consistency and coherence of the brand narrative across all touchpoints.
- **Develop Multi-Channel Communication Strategies**: Craft comprehensive communication strategies that encompass both digital and traditional media to reach diverse audiences effectively.
- **Brand Voice Development**:Define and maintain a coherent brand voice across all platforms, ensuring brand integrity and consistency in all forms of communication.
- **Media Relations**:Manage relationships with media members and influencers, crafting and distributing press releases and acting as the primary spokesperson for corporate inquiries.
- **Support Cross-Functional Teams**:Work closely with HR, Sales, and other departments to develop messaging and communication strategies that reinforce overall business goals.
- **Cross-Generational Communication**:Develop and implement strategies for communicating effectively with diverse demographic groups within the audience, tailoring messages to meet varied needs and preferences.

***Education & Skill Requirements**
- 5+ experience in a communications management role, with a strong track record of successful public relations and brand management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages for various platforms.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working with leadership.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- A strong network of media and influencer contacts with experience in media relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to integrate communications strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Skilled in managing communications across multiple channels and platforms, including digital and social media.
