**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or property managers.
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. I DO NOT PROVIDE TOOLS. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. I DO NOT PROVIDE A VEHICLE. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC systems is highly desirable.

Pay: $40.00-$90.00 per hour
