**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a great Automotive Digital Merchandising Coordinator. We offer a balanced work-life filled with a fun, energetic and inclusive working environment.

The Automotive Digital Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that vehicle inventory is accurately and attractively represented across all digital platforms. This role involves creating and managing high-quality vehicle listings, optimizing online content, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and supporting digital strategies to enhance lead generation and user engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture, edit, and upload high-quality photos and videos of dealership inventory (new and pre-owned vehicles).
- Write compelling, accurate, and SEO-optimized vehicle descriptions.
- Ensure timely and consistent updates to online listings across all platforms (dealership website, third-party sites like AutoTrader, Kijiji, CarGurus, etc.).
- Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to monitor incoming vehicles and prioritize merchandising based on sales strategy and demand.
- Monitor online inventory presentation for accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal.
- Use inventory management tools (e.g., vAuto, Pixel Guru, PBS, ECT) to manage listings.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (views, clicks, leads) to optimize vehicle presentation and positioning.
- Conduct audits to ensure pricing, mileage, and features are accurate across platforms.
- Support social media efforts by providing vehicle content and ideas for promotional posts.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video content creation or vehicle walkarounds.
- Understanding of consumer behavior in the automotive shopping process.
- Proficiency in Excel, Photoshop, or image management tools.

**Working Conditions & Physical Requirements**:

- Frequently required to be outdoors photographing vehicles in varying weather conditions.
- May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Use of camera equipment, computer, and digital platforms on a daily basis.
