**CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER**

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer leads the Foundation’s fund development, marketing initiatives, manages its day to day operations and collaborates with the board of directors to ensure good relationships between the Foundation, the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate, the Sisters’ ministries including Holy Family Home and Immaculate Heart of Mary School, the community and all donors.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the development and realization of a long-term strategic plan, including operating plans and budgets to fulfill the Foundation’s fund development priorities
- Collaborate with and support the Board of Directors and its Standing Committees; provide regular reports on the Foundation’s progress and key performance metrics through dashboards or other reporting methods, as approved by the board of directors
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and community groups to sustain fundraising levels; spearhead donor and fundraising campaigns to grow and diversify the donor base
- Lead and manage staff and volunteers and provide them engagement, mentorship, and development opportunities
- Serve as lead spokesperson for the Foundation - represent and promote the Foundation on social media, in the media, and at community events

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 5 years of senior leadership management experience for a not-for-profit organization; prior experience in the role of Executive Director/CEO would be an asset
- Post secondary degree in business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience managing a successful not-for-profit organization
- Proven ability to lead a board-run organization and collaborate effectively with board members
- Track record of leadership success, mentorship and team development
- Proven ability to lead fund development planning and implementing with a focus on donor stewardship and building relationships
- Demonstrated success in communication and marketing, with a focus on social media
- Ukrainian language skills would be an asset

**Salary**: $105,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
