Over the past 11 years, we have established a reputation for specializing in artisanal French pastries, breads, and viennoiseries, all of which are handmade onsite throughout the year.

**Your duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests
- Familiarize with all food and beverage items on the menu
- Perform the opening and closing procedures i.e., the setup and break down of stations, clearing and re-setting up of tables, etc.
- Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of assigned station(s) and establishment
- Accurately account for all sales in the POS system and be responsible for proper cash handling
- Protect the staff and guests by complying with sanitation and safety policies
- Prepare non-alcoholic drinks including espresso, tea, coffee, cold beverages, etc.
- Maintain a clean working area, appliances, and utensils
- Other duties may be assigned as required

**Skills we are looking for**:

- You are passionate about desserts and coffee
- Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
- Completion of Secondary Education
- Professionalism and a warm inviting personality
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and have an eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours as required (early mornings, weekends, nights and/or holidays)
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
