**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Customer Care Associate** to join our team and manage customer orders with a focus on delivering excellent service. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for dealers, providing prompt and accurate order management support. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and attention to detail are key. If you’re an organized, proactive individual with a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you
**What You’ll Do**
- Build rapport with dealers: Develop and maintain strong relationships by providing exceptional customer care over the phone, ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage multiple priorities: Handle multiple tasks at once, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Own your responsibilities: Take full ownership of your work, ensuring that customer requests and orders are managed from start to finish.
- Work closely with your team: Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
- Navigate a dynamic work environment: Work effectively in a fluid, evolving system, managing tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Data entry and accuracy: Perform accurate data entry while managing customer orders, maintaining attention to detail to avoid errors.
- Provide top-notch communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with dealers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Post-secondary education (university or college) or continuous education that shows a desire to learn and grow
- 3+ years in a professional role, ideally with experience in customer-facing order management or relationship management
- Ability to build rapport and trust with dealers, delivering on their requests quickly and accurately
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Strong ownership of assigned responsibilities and an ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and strong organizational skills
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions with dealers and team members
