Custodian

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained throughout the day.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe environment.
- Report any significant maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies need replenishing.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cleaning, particularly in commercial settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.28-$18.00 per hour
