**Job Overview**
We are seeking cashier:

- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Process sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support when needed
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required

**Requirements**:

- a friendly, organized, and customer-focused **Customer Service Associate / Cashier**, to join our retail team.
- **ATLEAST 1-2 YEARS RETAIL STORE CASHIER EXPEREINCE REQUIRED**.
- **PREFER INDIAN REGIONAL LANGUAGE FEMALE AS A CASHIER FOR COMMUNITY STORE CUSTOMERS**.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; Hindi, Punjabi.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to upsell products tactfully and effectively promote store offerings
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Capable of multitasking in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
