**FirstLight Home Care is actively seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for immediate placement in a Long Term Care and/or Retirement Home Setting in Seaforth, Ontario. **Exciting opportunities await in Seaforth, Ontario, with availability for all shift lines (Days, Evenings, and Overnights).**

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Personal Support Worker program
- Experience working with seniors in LTC or Retirement Home
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills
- Must have demonstrated sound skills and knowledge of providing personal care duties
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Must provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or be willing to obtain one
- Must be able to provide a negative TB result

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
