**About You**

We are looking to build a Valet Team for our **Service Department at DK Ford**. If you’re eager to start a career in automotive and thrive in a collaborative environment, keep reading

As a Service Valet team member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our service department delivers an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for welcoming service guests, supporting Service Advisors, and conducting vehicle walk-arounds. You’ll work alongside our technicians and managers to meet daily objectives.

**What You'll Do**
- Welcome customers to the dealership
- Direct clients to the drive-thru, gathering vehicle information and conducting damage walk-arounds
- Tag vehicles, securing keys appropriately
- Handle vehicle pick-ups and deliveries as directed
- Maintain the yard and ensure vehicles are parked correctly
- Provide backup for shuttle service
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Stock displays with necessary items
- Complete other assigned tasks

**What You Will Need to Succeed**
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a **clean driving record**:

- Self-starter who can learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Reliable transportation

**Nice to Have, But Not Required**
- Previous dealership experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Post-secondary education
- A passion for cars
