- As a Trees and Shrubs & Roses Labour Assistant, you will play a vital role in unloading and organizing products, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean, inviting space in our garden centre. Whether you are unloading plant material, restocking beds, or helping customers load their purchases, each day will be an exciting new challenge. This role requires physical strength, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. **Position**:We are currently seeking Trees and Shrubs & Roses Labour Assistants for part-time and full-time positions, to work seasonally starting in April 2025 (approximately).

**What You Will Do**:

- Help customers load their purchases into their vehicles, offering assistance with a friendly attitude.
- Receiving and unloading plant / tree deliveries, stocking, and re-stocking the Tree, Shrub & Rose departments. Also ensuring they are placed properly and safely in the Garden Centre.
- This position is physically demanding, and requires the individual to frequently move heavy products and engage in repetitive physical tasks, (i.e., large trees, shrubs, roses, bags of soil, etc.)
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Physical stamina, strength, and the ability to be on your feet for the day.
- Good organization skills to help maintain the cleanliness of the Tree, Shrub & Rose departments.
- Ability to work well in a team, coordinating with other staff to ensure a smooth, efficient operation of your department.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is an asset, but not necessary.
- A positive, energetic attitude, with a willingness to assist wherever required.
