Your challenge- Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the VP Supply Chain’s mission is to develop a logistics strategy in line with Cascades' global strategy in order to achieve the company's performance objectives. As such, you lead and oversee the entire supply chain function and leverage the process to align Cascades' operational and financial needs with logistics practices and cost reduction objectives, without neglecting efficiency. You optimize the targeted customer experience and drive Cascades' overall supply chain maturity by working with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to proactively support function improvement initiatives and integrate processes, systems and tools across business units to achieve continuous and sustainable results.- Individual responsibilities**Accountable**
Develop the strategy for procurement, distribution, planning, business development and account management in line with the CR+ operational strategy and Cascades' business objectives.
- Develop and maintain the business group budget for the planning and execution functions.
- Support the efficiency of the Sales and Operations process through optimal fibre procurement.
- Provide optimal, sustainable fibre management, optimize inventory management and ensure customer service quality.**Responsible**
Support all markets by providing alignment and the necessary guidance to achieve the profitability targets.
- Act as a strategic partner in determining transport.
- Participate in defining and implementing the operational strategy.
- Communicate and ensure execution of the overall CR+ procurement, distribution and planning strategy.
- Monitor best practices in procurement and be aware of market challenges and disseminate them throughout the organization.
- Ensure the smooth operation of customer service and plant deliveries.
- See that the sustainable fibre management programs CR+ offers in the marketplace are strategically presented to customers.
- Determine and track the account management objectives and requirements for each market for the customer service team and local account managers.
- Optimize the integration and synergies between the group's activities and the other business units.
- Collaborate in negotiating agreements.
- Put in place processes that respect the governance, environmental and social responsibility requirements of the various levels/bodies.

- Engage and develop all your employees.- Experiences and strengths- More than 10 years of experience in a similar role.- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent.- Experience developing innovative, highly effective strategies using industry-recognized standard methodologies, best practices and processes.
- Knowledge and experience needed to anticipate risks within the company’s overall context.
- Strong communication skills to inspire and motivate others, and demonstrate cross-functional leadership

- Expérience significative et confirmée S&OP, autant au niveau de l’établissement, de la mise en œuvre et de l’exécution concernant la planification de la demande, de la planification de l'offre et du CPFR (collaborative, planification, prévision et reconstitution des dépenses);
- Expérience ayant trait à la planification du réseau de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, l'analyse de scénarios et les outils d'optimisation;
- Avoir des compétences aguerries en analyse quantitative et en résolution de problèmes;
- Avoir une excellente maitrise des ERP (SAP est souhaité);
- Avoir travaillé dans des environnements complexes avec un grand volume et une diversité de produits.
