**RECORDS DISCLOSURE WORKER**
**Twelve Month Full-time Contract Position in any NEOFACS Location**
As a member of the Disclosure and Records team you will responsible for completing requests for the Agency’s business records, while ensuring prohibited information is not disclosed. You will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date system to track disclosure requests.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS)**:
- Diploma in Social Service Worker, Office or Business Administration along with one to three years’ of related experience. Familiarity with the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, Family Law Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), Mental Health Act, Youth Criminal Justice Act, Freedom of Information and Privacy Act (FIPPA).
- Ability to compile and prepare accurate record disclosure documents and file redactions, excellent proof reading skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- Must have a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle

**Poste contractuel à temps plein de douze (12) mois dans n’importe quel bureau des SFENEO**
À titre de membre de l’équipe de la divulgation et des dossiers, il vous incombera de mener à bien les demandes de divulgation des documents opérationnels de l’organisme, tout en veillant à ce que les renseignements interdits ne soient pas divulgués. Il vous incombera de tenir un système à jour de suivi des demandes de divulgation.
**EXIGENCES DE L’EMPLOI (QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES)**:
- Un diplôme d’études collégiales en Travail social, Administration de bureau ou Administration des affaires, de même que d’une à trois années d’expérience connexe. La familiarité quant à la Loi sur les services à l'enfance, à la jeunesse et à la famille, aux règles du droit de la famille, aux règles de la procédure civile, à la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels sur la santé, à la Loi sur la santé mentale, à la Loi sur le système de justice pénale pour les adolescents et à la Loi sur l’accès à l’information et la protection de la vie privée.
- Capacité de compiler et préparer des documents de divulgation de dossiers précis et des rédactions de dossiers, d’excellentes compétences en lecture d’épreuves et une attention aux détails.
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, excellent entregent et excellent sens de l’organisation
- Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est un atout
- Permis de conduire valide et utilisation de son propre véhicule
