Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated self-starter for shipping/receiving and general warehouse duties in a fast-pace environment.
- **Duties include**:_

Load and unload building material from trucks

Receive, put away, and stack inventory

Verify incoming shipments against invoices, purchase orders and other documents.

Record shortages and reject damaged goods. Maintain receiving and inspection records.

Pick and stage orders to be shipped. Attach documentation. Maintain records.

Maintain a safe and co-operative work environment of both the warehouse, and the yard for all employees.

Monitor workflow while reviewing production and shipping/ receiving priorities to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion

Perform inventory counts.

Organize and assist in leading year end physical inventory.

Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures.

Follow policies and procedures as outlined in internal handbook and supervisors.

Other tasks as assigned / required
- **You should have**:_

A valid driver's license.

Ability to handle weights unassisted up to 32 kilograms/ 70 lbs.

Experience in use of hand trucks, dollies and fork lift truck.

Experience in loading trucks and trailers for deliveries.

At least two years of relevant experience.

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
