Les compositeurs Stereo de DNEG travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les superviseurs Stereo et les Leads pour évaluer les approches créatives et techniques des plans assignés, en résolvant les problèmes créatifs et techniques en 3D et en 2D. En collaboration avec l'équipe de production, le superviseur du compositing et le stéréographe, vous travaillerez à partir de scripts VFX 2D terminés pour récolter les éléments 2D qu'ils contiennent. À l'aide de Nuke, vous créerez des éléments/couches stéréo supplémentaires à l'aide d'outils propriétaires et de scripts internes qui seront utilisés par nos équipes de conversion stéréo. Il s'agit d'une excellente occasion d'analyser les comps, de les décomposer et d'affiner vos compétences techniques dans Nuke.
Vous devez avoir
- 1-2 ans d'expérience en VFX Compositing ou une formation équivalente
- Maîtrise de Nuke
- Expérience en projection, intégration CG, keying et techniques de nettoyage
- Excellente compréhension des flux de travail 3D multi-pass, Deep, espace colorimétrique, expressions Nuke et distorsion des plaques.
- Showreel démontrant un travail VFX de haute qualité.
- Des atouts supplémentaires- Expérience en compositing stéréoscopique- Avoir suivi un cours d'éducation formelle en arts ou en sciences (en rapport avec les
effets visuels).- Expérience en matte painting numérique, en peinture de texture ou en peinture.

Stereo compositors at DNEG work closely with Stereo Supervisors and Leads to evaluate the creative and technical approaches to assigned shots, performing creative and technical problem solving in both 3D and 2D. Working with the Production team, Compositing Supervisor, and Stereographer, you will work with completed 2D VFX scripts to harvest the 2D elements within. Using Nuke, you will create supplemental stereo elements/layers through proprietary tools and in-house scripts to be used by our stereo conversion teams. This is an excellent opportunity to analyze comps, break them down, and hone your technical skills in Nuke.
Must Have
- 1-2 years VFX Compositing experience or equivalent education
- Proficient in Nuke
- Experience in projection, CG integration, keying and clean-up techniques
- Excellent understanding of 3D multi-pass workflows, Deep, colour space, Nuke expressions and plate distortion
- Showreel demonstrating high quality VFX work
Nice to Have
- Experience in Stereoscopic Compositing
- Completion of a formal education course in Arts or Sciences (VFX related)
- Experience with digital matte painting, texture painting, or paint

- Fast and efficient, with ability to work under tight deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate with other compositors and the willingness to share knowledge & techniques
- Organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills
