**Prep Cook / Dishwasher Team**
**Clean Tableware and Kitchenware**
**Wash all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans etc. using the dishwasher**
**- Keep an eye on cleaning chemicals and notify Management when they are getting low**
**- Notify the Management if equipment is not working properly**
**ALL bus bins to be emptied and washed before the end of your shift**
**Place all clean dishes, utensils and cooking supplies in their proper storage areas**
**Maintain a Clean Work Area**
**Dishwasher, sinks and tables cleaned and sanitized at the end of every shift**
**Clean and sanitize food prep counters, utensils and equipment after every use**
**Remove all trash as needed, as well as at the end of each shift and place in the designated pick up area, wash out trash bins before putting in a new garbage bag**
**Sweep and Mop at the end of every shift**
**- Dish area**
**- Staff and Public Washrooms**
**- Tile Floors in Dining Room**
**- Server Stations**
**- Walk in Fridges**
**Prepare and Package**
**Do Items on the Prep Cook Checklist**
**Make sure all prepped food is properly wrapped and stored in the fridge**
**- Use the FIFO method of storing food**
**Support Staff**
**Whenever possible help out the other staff members**
**- Clear plates from back counters**
**- Help roll cutlery**
**- Retrieve items for the kitchen staff during service**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour
