Our employees work together as a team to achieve these common goals and enjoy their time at work and we are seeking to add a member to our Saskatoon Crew.** - **Able to physically perform all necessary duties of the position**: - **Team Player with strong customer relations and problem-solving abilities**: - **Ability to work independently as well as part of a team**: - **A strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude to ensure client expectations are met**: - **Have prior marine or automotive mechanical basic knowledge**: - **Have experience: writing detailed repair orders, scheduling repairs, customer communication & follow up. Parts searching, ordering and receiving an asset.**: - **Proven attention to detail, motivated and willing to learn, reliable, organized, punctual and ready to contribute to a positive working environment**: - **Interest in boats and the lake lifestyle an asset**: - **Possess adequate computer skills**: - **Drivers License Required** **Responsibilities** - **Scheduling service work appropriately**: - **Keeping track of job status/progress**: - **Dispatching work orders to appropriate technicians in collaboration with the shop foreman.**: - **Creating and updating work orders with proper documentation in a timely manner**: - **Performing walkarounds with service customers**: - **Pre-selling additional work proactively. Suggesting additional service and parts.**: - **Explaining work to the customers and getting approval.**: - **Tracking open work orders on a tangible system (route sheet, board, etc.)**: - **Follow up with techs on progress**: - **Knowledge of available work hours in shop**: - **Performing work order audits to quality check all lines addressed, pricing accurate, parts and sublets billed, etc.**: - **Add needed future work to a ‘rainy day list’ so we have a resource during the slow season and can target marketing**: - **Customer communications.
