What you'll do:
- Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines- Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines.- Complete Total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.- Complete remote appraisal(s)- Be team player, and a thought leader in problem solving, leading the example, and ensure the end customer experience is a key objective.
What you'll bring:
- Auto Estimating experience (3-5 year minimum), multi-provincial experience an asset- Strong experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs, and prior estimating experience.- Familiar with industry standard Estimating System(s)- Good technical aptitude with databases/systems- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Excellent PC Skills- Genuine curiosity and inquisitive mindset constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues- Can work to and positively contribute to our organizational culture and values
