Our long-standing dental office is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. Our team is passionate about patient care, and we are looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Experienced Dental Administrator to join us on a part-time basis. Please note: this position will be part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

As our Dental Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a positive experience from the moment they step through our doors. You will play a key role in keeping our practice running smoothly by managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, and supporting our clinical team with administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Confirm appointments and manage patient reminders
- Coordinate bookings for specialists and treatment plans
- Handle insurance verifications and billing processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Support the dental team with administrative needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Contribute to creating a positive and smooth experience for every patient

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in dental administration is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in dental software (experience with **ClearDent** is a strong asset)
- Previous dental office experience is an asset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
