**What we need**

Reporting to the F&B Management Team, the **Server**’s main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, serving guests quickly and efficiently by providing an attentive and unobtrusive service in a unique and memorable dining experience.

You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.

**What you’ll do**
- Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, offer suggestions and take orders;
- Provide fast, efficient and courteous service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests;
- Prepare and serve beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards;
- Prepare invoices and collects payment;
- Effectively organize, clean and restock service stations and dining areas;
- Perform opening and closing task checklists;
- Perform other related duties.

**Profile needed**

**What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position**
- High School Diploma;
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in food and beverage and customer service;
- Diploma in hospitality, an asset;
- Experience with a POS system, an asset;
- Knowledge wine characteristics and pairings, an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to listen to guest needs;
- Positive attitude, autonomy, dynamism and detail-oriented;
- You genuinely care for the wellbeing of others;
- Good physical condition: ability to work long hours on your feet and ability to lift 50lbs (23kg).

**When**

You will work a varying schedule which requires flexibility to work weekends, holiday, full time position (40 hours/week).
