Project Manager

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Project Manager will work closely with customers to identify business needs and opportunities, while also interfacing with internal team members to ensure accurate estimates, technical efficacy, and the on-time/on-budget completion of projects. The Project Manager is a vital member of the team responsible for delivering projects of varying size and complexity, with the responsibility to oversee the successful completion of projects. This role will participate in the identification of opportunities, project planning, scheduling, organizing and controlling delivery activities, and ongoing reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Allied Blower customers
- Develop estimates and quotations
- Manage projects for cost, schedule and specification through work break down structure methodology
- Perform field measurements and create sketches to convey information to technical support
- Manage field operations
- Review of Daily Hazard Assessments for completeness and correctness
- Ensure the safety of all employees on projects you are responsible for
- Ensuring timely completion of the project
- Other tasks assigned by Regional Manager, as needed
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within air systems or similar industries
- Mechanical Engineering diploma preferred, PMP designation an asset
- Effective customer service as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated coordination, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of engineering contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Improvement oriented and focused on identifying business operating efficiencies.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships based on trust and integrity.
- Ability and willingness to support Allied with occasional travel.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
