**About Us**
PARS is a leading auto transport company specializing in the movement of passenger vehicles for corporate clients across Canada. We are currently seeking **Independent Contractor (IC) drivers** to join our network. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving, have flexible availability during weekdays, and are looking to operate their own business under a flexible, on-demand model.

**What You’ll Do**
As an Independent Contractor Driver with PARS, you will:

- Transport passenger vehicles from point A to point B for corporate clients
- Complete local and long-distance vehicle moves (no commercial driver’s license required)
- Use a smartphone app to manage pickups, document deliveries, and capture condition reports

This is not a job offer or employment position. Each assignment is offered at a **flat rate**, agreed upon before the move. Rates vary per trip, and payment is made within 30 days of invoice submission after delivery.

**What You Need to Qualify**
- Minimum **25 years old** with **at least 5 years of driving experience**:

- **Fluent in English**:

- **Clean driving record and criminal background**:

- Basic **app and tech knowledge**:

- **Computer** and **printer** to access and print trip documents
- **Bank account** to receive payments via direct deposit
- **Non-smoker** (including electronic cigarettes) - required by clients
- Absolutely **no DUI, DWI, or reckless driving offenses**, regardless of time passed
