Bel-Air Toyota is looking for a FULL-TIME CARWASH MANAGER

**Position overview**:
The car wash manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the car wash facility including staff supervision, equipment maintenance, training of new staff members, ensuring proper MSDS labelling and use of all chemicals in the car wash department. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to maintain a high standard of service quality.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the car wash facility to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage and train car wash staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain car wash equipment, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of car wash supplies and order materials as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee morale.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the carwash or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of carwash equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
