**CUSTODIAN**

This is a physically demanding position with some customer interaction. Seasonal from June to October 1st.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good communication skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Experience with customer service
- Organizational skills & work independently
- Ability to deal with customer situations and challenges that may arise in a courteous manner.

DUTIES:

- Cleaning washrooms, shower and laundry facilities and Rental RV's.
- Launder rags that you pick up from store and maintenance
- Removal of garbage and recycling
- May be required to lift 25 lbs.
- Cleaning/sanitizing and adhering to Resort policies.
This position is 25+ hours/week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
