**Overview**
As part of the Real Mushrooms team, you will oversee compliance with regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements, food, and pet products in alignment with Health Canada, FDA, and NASC standards. Working closely with Nammex's quality assurance team, you will ensure that Real Mushrooms’ high standards of quality and transparency are consistently maintained.

**Responsibilities**:
Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
- Manage and maintain NNHPD regulatory licenses with Health Canada, including renewals, amendments, and audits.
**Quality Control & Product Releases**
- Review and approve product specifications and testing results for human and pet products.
- Collaborate with co-manufacturers and the Operations Manager on product holds, reprocessing, and final disposition determinations.
**Product Safety & Stability Studies**
- Conduct stability studies, manage testing data, monitor conditions, and report findings.
- Investigate deviations and manage compliance for retained samples for finishedproducts.
**Complaint & Incident Management**
- Address complaints, adverse reaction reports, non-conformances, and deviations. Conduct root cause analyses and implement CAPAs as necessary.
**Audits, Certification & Label Reviews**
- Conduct internal audits, support regulatory audits, and maintain NASC certification.
- Review labels for compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulatory standards.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs, with familiarity in GMP and HACCP standards.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. regulatory frameworks for Natural Health Products and dietary supplements.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field preferred.
- Skilled in digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Asana, Google Apps).
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
