Junior Estimator

Our well established, progressive plumbing company is looking to add to our team

Is proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and Bluebeam).

Must have strong organization skills, be detail oriented, methodical, proactive and also have the desire to learn and grow with us.
- Experience in the Plumbing industry is an asset._**Duties to include but not limited to**:

- Blueprint reading and review for new estimates, MSI’s and change orders
- Material take offs
- Data entry into estimating program
- Effectively communicate with various contractors or suppliers in a professional manner
- Data entry, creation and maintenance of spreadsheets and reports
- Support Owner and Project Coordinator as needed**Qualifications**:

- On site trade or estimating experience
- 2 - 5 years of experience in an office setting
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Bluebeam and AutoCAD is an asset
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be accurate and organized with a high attention to detail
- Knowledge of the construction industry**Benefits**:

M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
