**Key Responsibilities**:
We are hiring for one of the following focus areas:
**Option 1: SEO & Website Management**
- Optimize product listings with SEO and keyword research.
- Manage Shopify backend, including website updates, inventory categorization, and click-through rate analysis.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate reports on website performance, sales data, and trends.

**Option 2: Social Media Management**
- Plan and execute social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Draft captions, hashtags, and social media calendars.
- Coordinate giveaways, contests, and influencer campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and compile social media reports.

**Bonus**:

- Experience in both website/SEO management and social media is a big plus, but not mandatory.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist with retail displays, customer engagement, and upselling on the floor.
- Support restocking and inventory (less than 5lbs) tasks.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English with excellent customer service skills.
- Quick learner.
- Retail, cashier, or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Expertise in either website management (Shopify, SEO) or social media strategy.
- Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Starting Wage**: $17.40/hr, increasing to $18/hr after a 3-month probation period.
