**As VP Sales, you'll be**:
- The driving force behind our aggressive growth targets
- A key member of the executive team, working directly with Jenny
- Building and leading an elite sales organization
- Closing big deals with Fortune 1000 companies
**You'll be a true player-coach, leading from the front**:
- Close Massive Deals: Lead by example, personally closing strategic enterprise accounts with a focus on $150k+ annual deals
- Build a World-Class Team: Lead and develop team of 4 AEs and an outbound sales lead into sales champions
- Create the Playbook: Design and implement scalable sales processes and RFP strategies that will become industry standard
- Numbers Driven: Set up predictable pipelines and targets that you report on monthly
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to dominate the market

- You've Crushed It: 5+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals, preferably in social media or digital advertising
- You're a Leader: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
