**Job Summary**
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver products to customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The position also includes general warehouse support, such as picking orders, packing and preparing products for delivery, and receiving incoming goods. Additional warehouse duties may be assigned as needed.

- **Deliver all customer-ordered products and additional requested items.**
This includes carefully loading items into the vehicle, ensuring accuracy, proper handling, and securely positioning packages to prevent damage during transit.
- **Plan efficient delivery routes.**
Determine the most effective and timely routes by considering customer-preferred delivery times (when specified), traffic patterns, construction zones, and time-of-day constraints to ensure on-time and optimized deliveries.
- **Ensure safe and efficient driving.**
Operate the delivery vehicle safely while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Practice defensive driving, maintain appropriate speeds, follow all road signs and signals, and take necessary precautions to protect your safety, the safety of others, and the integrity of the products being transported.
- **Provide professional and courteous customer service.**
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at every delivery. Answer questions, offer basic assistance where needed, and address customer concerns promptly. Communicate any customer feedback or issues to the office in a timely manner.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- **Collect and maintain delivery documentation.**
Obtain electronic or written signatures upon delivery and ensure all delivery records— including proof of delivery and any required paperwork—are accurate and complete. Submit all documentation upon returning to the office.
- **Maintain delivery vehicle(s).**
Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean and presentable inside and out. Perform regular basic maintenance checks as required, such as monitoring tire pressure, fluid levels, and overall vehicle condition. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to your supervisor promptly.
- **Provide warehouse support as needed.**
Assist in the warehouse whenever required or when it is clear that support is needed. Tasks may include receiving, picking, packing, prepping orders, cleaning, and any other duties that contribute to the smooth operation of the organization.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Bondable
- Moderate computer skills

**Required Abilities**
- Ability to lift 40-45 lbs overhead repeatedly
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Work in Outdoor Condition
