**Job Overview**
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support the pre-construction stage of our custom home and renovation projects. This role is key to keeping our quoting process on track, gathering all necessary documentation, managing supplier and trade communications, and ensuring every project is fully prepared before breaking ground. You’ll work closely with the owner and project managers to build accurate scopes of work and finalize budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in gathering and organizing sub-trade and supplier quotes
- Follow up on missing pricing, product selections, and scope clarifications
- Maintain project files, drawings, and contracts in our project management software (JobTread)
- Support the creation of estimates and client-facing proposals
- Communicate with trades, suppliers, and clients to clarify scope and selections
- Ensure all product selections and construction documents are finalized before project start
- Prepare internal handoff packages for construction teams
- Help identify any missing details that could delay pricing or construction
- Attend pre-construction meetings and maintain action item lists

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with construction project coordination or estimating
- Familiarity with residential construction and renovation workflows
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and construction software (we use JobTread)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Bonus If You Have**:

- Experience preparing permit packages and municipal submissions
- Knowledge of BC Building Code and local zoning regulations
- Previous experience as a project coordinator, estimator, or administrative lead in a construction setting

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
