Seamstress

This role is part time on an as-needed basis, 8-32 hours a week, where scheduling is provided weekly and can vary each week. This role has potential to grow into a full-time position. The team works on site in Oakville - Remote work is not available for this position.
- Responsibilities include: _
- Working with the Tavares Designs' team to complete production based on customer timelines
- Transition between cutting, to sewing and finishing
- Operate industrial sewing machines
- Other duties as needed to keep production moving
- Requirements: _
- Experience using industrial sewing machines is an asset
- Ability to work with stretch material is an asset
- Ability to work with straight stitch, serger, and coverstitch machines is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient in English to read job requirements and write client notes

Sewing test will be required during interview process
