**About Us**:
RAMP InterActive is one of North America’s leading providers of sport-related website and online registration solutions. We work with youth sports organizations across Canada, the US, and Australia, providing tools that help streamline administration, registration, scheduling, and communication.

**Position Overview**:
Join our Marketing and Sales team this summer to support a key initiative in identifying and connecting with potential new clients. We are hiring **5 energetic and detail-oriented students** to help build a large-scale prospect list of youth sports organizations across multiple regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and compile contact and organizational data for sports clubs, leagues, and associations.
- Work closely with RAMP’s sales and marketing leadership to identify key markets and opportunities.
- Organize and manage data efficiently using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Contribute to the development of CRM-ready prospect profiles.
- Assist in market research and understanding the structure of sports organizations in North America, Australia, and beyond.

**Core Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (ability to work efficiently with large data sets).
- Proficient at online research and data gathering.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly and accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with the structure of youth and amateur sports in Canada or the US is a strong asset.

**Bonus Skills (not required, but a plus)**:

- Understanding of Google Ads or social media advertising.
- Experience with CRM tools or marketing software.
- Interest in a future career in marketing or sales.

**Work Environment**:
This is a **hybrid position** with an expected split of **50% in-office work at our Edmonton location and 50% work-from-home.** Collaboration, check-ins, and team meetings will take place regularly in-office.
