Overview:
**Fountain Tire Milton** is looking for a responsible, experienced, and safety conscious people to join our team as an
**Automotive Tire Technician**.

**Compensation: $18 - $24/hour, based on experience**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, and wheels
- Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including GHS, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
- Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
- Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
- Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road

**Working conditions**:

- A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
- Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 55lbs without assistance is required
- This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
- This role requires standing, crouching or kneeling

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Tire Technician is required
- A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
- Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are essential
