Groundskeeper Part-time

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Spring, summer, fall - grass cutting, edging, weeding, watering, blowing, tending to flower/shrub beds, removal of dead plants, disposing of debris and pressure washing.
- Winter - snow removal, leaf and debris removal / blowing.
- Collect and remove trash and recycle from receptacles located around the resort.
- Oversee irrigation system (running properly and ongoing checking sprinkler heads).
- Safely operate equipment such as lawn mower, weed trimmer, leaf and snow blower, etc.
- Ensure a welcoming, safe, and professional environment, keeping the resort grounds tidy, clean, and in a neat appearance.
- Work as part of a supportive, high-quality resort team.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A passion for gardening and landscape aesthetics is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Prioritize being organized and tidy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Great eye for detail and identify what needs to be done.
- Professional appearance and interacting positively with guests

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
