**Warehouse Manager Responsibilities** **Include**:

- Experience and knowledgeable in setting up and manage a distribution central warehouse, including but not limit to racking, equipment, shipping and receiving, operations
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse
- Manage the warehouse tools and equipment with scheduled inspection
- Knowledgeable of materials for shipping and receiving need
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Plan work rotations assign tasks appropriately and evaluate employees
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

**Requirements**:

- Fast learner with very strong technical and logical thought
- Proven work experience as a warehouse manager
- 5+ years experience in a warehouse manager’s role
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Experience with retail / ecommerce warehouse operation
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with warehouse management ERP software and databases
- Leadership skills and ability manage staffs
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
- English and Mandarin will be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

- warehouse worker: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Mandarin (preferred)
