**Job Description**:
FLINT is seeking energetic and self-driven Insulators to join our team for the upcoming Project

**Located in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, this position will start on September 30, 2024, and last until January 31, 2025. It offers a 10 days on/4 days off work schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills to our team's success.**

- Travel Pay, 1 hr per day paid at regular rate.
- 10 days on / 4 days of work schedule, 10 hrs/day.

**What would you be doing?**
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation needs.
- Insulation removal
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements and select the type of insulation required
- Measuring and cutting insulating material to required dimensions using hand and power tools
- Measure and cut insulating material to the required dimensions.
- Fit insulation around obstructions and between studs and joists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Manual dexterity.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and understand complex instructions.
- Ability to perform careful and exacting work.
- Minimum 3 years experience on an industrial or construction site.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shovelling, bending, twisting, etc.

- This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing._
