The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the dealership’s products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective communication, professionalism, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, products, or services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to build value and trust.
- Conduct test drives and ensure every customer has a complete product experience.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and finalize sales deals in line with dealership policies.

2. Product Knowledge

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all vehicle models, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Participate in all required manufacturer and dealership training sessions.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Log and maintain accurate customer data and sales activity in CRM system

4. Sales Targets & Reporting

- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Review sales results daily, weekly, and monthly with management to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and performance coaching sessions.

5. Teamwork & Compliance

- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments (Service, Parts, Finance) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership brand image at all time
