Jr. Instructor

**What we're looking for**:
You don’t need to be a professional dancer to apply. In fact, we’re more interested in your personality than your past performance experience. We’re looking for outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy connecting with people and want to make a difference in others’ lives through dance.

If you’re friendly, coachable, love helping others, and enjoy social environments—you might be a perfect fit.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Learning and growing in a variety of dance styles
- Training in a variety of ballroom, Latin, and social dance styles (with focus on leading techniques)
- Teaching private lessons and/or group classes in the leader role (after completing training program)
- Guiding adult students through leading steps and coaching them to become strong Leaders themselves
- Learning how to safely execute lifts, dips, and tricks that showcase the Leader’s role on the dance floor
- Helping adult students learn, grow, and feel great on the dance floor
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and supportive learning environment
- Participating in studio events, socials, and community-building activities
