**Position: CNC Machinist** **Hourly Rate: up to $35/hr**

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations such as milling, turning, and drilling.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a journeyman CNC Machinist, with expertise in operating and programming CNC machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Solid knowledge of machining techniques and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and precision, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with G-code programming and Gibbscam is a plus.
