- + years of fund accounting experience in either a Private Equity Fund, Private Equity Administrator, or other financial institution where the accountant has gained financial products knowledge E
- xperience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements S
- trong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals P
- roject management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task S
- trong written and verbal communication skills P
- roficient with MS Excel and MS Word; experienced user of the SunGard Investran PE accounting platform highly are desirable O

**our Role: C**
- omplete the monthly net asset value preparation, which includes: Cash and Portfolio, Reconciliations, Income and Expense Accruals, Partner/Shareholder Allocation calculations, Financial Statement preparation. M
- aintain the general ledger and various sub-ledgers P
- repare and review trial balances and work paper product M
- anage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables I
- nteract with senior management and clients H
- ave overall responsibility for client relationships and meetings E
- stablish plan for new client setup and transitions C
- oordinate, manage, and monitor external audit process P
- rocess capital calls, distributions, and statements for the PE accounts P
- lace outbound phone calls to clients in response to written inquiries, or to obtain clarification on transaction processing requests P
- rovide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients C
- oordinate with Operations group, Tax group, Investor Relations group, Financial Statement group, and other groups at Citco R
- eview private equity fund clients partnership agreements, PPMs, and other materials I
- mplementation of fund structures on accounting system I
- nteract daily with PandL team on valuations and price analysis C
