In this role, you are**: - Highly engaged when working with your colleagues, clients, and partners. - A catalyst for change and are always looking to improve whatever you are working on. - Resilient and results oriented. - Proactive and excited about taking initiative. - Passionate about being on and contributing to a winning team culture. - Keen in achieving strong business outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Able to travel for work when required. - Able to work flexible hours when required. **Accountabilities** ***: - Execute on strategic initiatives, part of SFP Next Gen from ideation to completion. - Work with the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives to understand the project scope, objectives, and success criteria. - Assist with executing comprehensive project roadmaps, outlining clear milestones and deliverables. - Assist with conducting risk assessments, contingency plans, and addressing potential roadblocks. - Engage with key stakeholders across departments to drive alignment and collaboration. - Execute effective change communication and socialization plans. - Execute training initiatives and communication tactics to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful adoption. - Assist with identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance project deliver. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
