The Order Selector is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders destined to be delivered to our customer’s stores.
- Accurately pick and place necessary quantities within prepared shipping totes.
- Verify that appropriate product is picked to meet customer order requirements.
- Adhere to customer order requests; special packing requirements / special label requirements / special staging requirements.
- Audit and adjust picked inventory as necessary.
- Communicate pick location inventory discrepancies.
- Meet predetermined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) without compromising accuracy/ health and safety.
- Adhere to all security SOPs to ensure the security of the warehouse and the client’s product.
- Work in a healthy and safe manner following Metro’s policies, procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Completion of secondary school diploma.
- Minimum one (1) year of warehouse experience.

**CORE COMPETENCIES**:

- Ability to lift 30lbs numerous times throughout the day.
- Able to stand, walk, push, bend, pull and grasp materials throughout the day.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members.
