Bartender/server

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender / Server to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will not only include mixing drinks but also creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.

- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques, drink recipes, and cocktail preparation.
- Basic math skills for managing tabs and calculating drink prices.
