CNC Machine Operators

Elite Machining Ltd, established in 1987, specializes in high precision manufacturing and assembly, focused predominately on downhole tools for the oil and gas sector. Our experience includes multi task machining and vertical milling, Wire-cut EDM, Deep hole boring (Gundrilling). Our goal is to provide the highest quality service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machine setup and specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Use deburring equipment to remove burrs and sharp edges from machined parts and verify dimensions of the parts
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Proficient in math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience working on CNC Machine
- Knowledge of understanding CNC programming as CNC operator
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
- Familiarity with Gibbscam software is an asset
- Must be able to run and operate and set up CNC lathes, CNC Milling
- Must be able to lift 40 lb
