**Position Summary**

Stealth Monitoring is a dynamic, profitable, security business that has been growing rapidly for years. Having recently acquiring another sizable business, our Billing team is looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join us The role will be working closely with our diverse and result oriented sales team. **Duties & Responsibilities**

  • Prepare client invoices; work closely with the sales team to prepare a variety of time sensitive invoices in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to operations via: accurate customer account/project code set-up.
  • Reconciliation of new account activations and maintain completeness of revenue.
  • Process credit memos.
  • Develop, update, and adapt procedural documents, spreadsheets and a variety of reports as required.
  • Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**

  • Post-secondary education in accounting or comparable work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years CAN billing experience.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, Outlook.
