**About the Role**
This position is in-person and located in the charming town of St. Thomas ON.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily site activities including visiting the site to observe and report early works.
- Assist in preparation of internal weekly and monthly project reports (progress, cost, schedule).
- Take meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on assigned actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Support document control.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., estimating, design, safety, procurement) to gather input or share updates.
- Help schedule and prepare agendas for coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors.
**What you bring to the Team**
- Currently enrolled in Construction Engineering Technician
- Experience in the construction industry or on-site work is a strong asset.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated work ethic and motivation to take initiative.
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable accessing all areas of a construction site in various weather and environmental conditions.
