**About Us**:
Cody Building Services has been proudly serving the Ottawa area for over 35 years. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing for commercial buildings, residential homes, parking garages, and all types of surfaces. During the winter, we also offer snow plowing services.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Pressure Washer & Soft Washer** to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality results and are eager to learn new skills, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform pressure washing and soft washing on a variety of surfaces, including commercial and residential properties.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Learn and assist with window cleaning (training provided).
- Contribute to snow plowing operations during the winter months.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in pressure washing or soft washing preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Must speak English fluently and have a minimum understanding of French.
- **Skills**: Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and handle cleaning solutions safely.
- **Physical Requirements**: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and capable of handling physical tasks.
- **Valid driver’s license (mandatory).**:

- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
