Production Lead

**Production Lead**

CR Creative is seeking to hire a Contract Full-Time Production Lead. We are looking for a team member who is comfortable in a fast-paced print shop, is highly organized and has knowledge of different materials including vinyl and rigid substrates.

**General Responsibilities**
- Operate commercial grade vinyl printer, paper printer and cutter
- Complete multiple projects on multiple printers at the same time to maximize the workflow process
- Finish jobs according to work order details (laminating, trimming and manual finishing as required)
- Follow the production schedule and meet production deadlines
- Collaborate and problem solve with Account Managers and Graphic Designers and other team members to ensure products are completed on-time to the highest possible quality
- Meet all quality standards by sampling and checking jobs, in both the printing and finishing stages
- Order and maintain all inventory levels of paper, vinyl, toner and all related consumables
- Follow maintenance schedule on all equipment and with service technicians when required
- Book outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments daily

**Skills Required**:

- High attention to detail and proven organizational skills
- Adaptable to fast pace production environment
- Ability to use a variety of basic power tools (including a drill, jigsaw, heat gun etc.)
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus

**Working Conditions**
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment
- Hours of work are 8am to 4pm (occasional overtime may be required)
- Regularly stand, walk and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50lb

**Licenses Required**
- Driver’s license required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-18 months

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
