About the team:

This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, at least three days a week.

**About the Team**

We’re looking for someone who has a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump into different projects while supporting the Marketing Operations team. Someone with a passion for data analytics and looking to advance to a more business analyst role. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning, the Marketing Operations Co-op Student will be part of a fast-paced, global team, and will take on cross-functional tasks that support the team and the business.

**This is a full-time, 8 or 12-month position, starting September 2025.**

**To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.**

About the role:
**What you will do**
- Analytics support in PowerBi (PBI) building and editing reports
- Act as the support person for change requests on existing reports
- Responsible for ensuring all documentation related to dataflows and PBI methods and measures is kept up to date
- Assist in the validation of the metrics before socialized to the greater team
- Gather requirements from marketing team for new report requests
- Source new contact details from various data platforms
- Manage a variety of contact refresh projects
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed

**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytics platform (PowerBI, Tableau, DOMO)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Be a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in their career

**Things that would definitely help**
- Familiarity / experience of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes using tools like SQL
- Familiarity of marketing performance analytics or general performance analysis
- Database platform familiarity ie. Salesforce and ZoomInfo
